Meet Niki

Listening first.
Creating together.

I'm Niki Litavszky, the person behind Together by Niki. Based in Hungary, I plan team building experiences and corporate events here and abroad, shaped around the people taking part.

After 16 years living in London and working in the corporate world, I led Bigi, a technology startup in Budapest, with a wonderful team of 18 people. Working with them taught me how much a good team atmosphere matters—and how it grows through trust, care and time spent together. That experience is a big part of why I started Together by Niki: to help other teams build those connections too.

I've always been interested in psychology and what helps people connect. I like to listen, get to know a team and find ideas that feel right for them—whether that's cooking together, trying something creative or simply sharing a relaxed day away from work.

Outside work, you'll often find me cooking, spending time with my three dogs or browsing markets for vintage furniture and unexpected treasures. I love things with character and a story, and I bring that same personal touch to the events I plan.

And because dogs are a big part of my life, I'm happy to explore dog-friendly team days too, with the right setting and everyone's comfort in mind.

Where do you organise events?

We are based in Hungary and organise events in Budapest, across the country and abroad. International destinations, venues and local arrangements are explored individually around your team, budget and travel plans.

How much does an event cost?

Each event is quoted individually. Share your approximate budget, group size and ideas so we can explore suitable options. The proposal will explain the agreed services and inclusions.

How far ahead should we get in touch?

Get in touch as soon as you have a possible date. Venue and activity availability varies, especially around popular dates. If your event is soon, email me and we can check what is possible.

Can you plan for different group sizes?

Tell me how many people will attend. Suitable activities, venue capacity and timings are checked for your specific group before arrangements are confirmed.

Can you accommodate dietary and accessibility needs?

Please share any dietary requirements, allergies or accessibility needs early. We will discuss them with the relevant venues and providers and confirm what can be accommodated.

Can we bring dogs?

Dog-friendly events can be explored on request. We check venue rules, the activity, allergies and the comfort of everyone attending before confirming whether dogs can join.

What do you need to prepare a proposal?

Your group size, preferred dates, location, approximate budget and what you want the event to achieve. You can also share any activities you enjoy or prefer to avoid.
